100 MW PV Power Generation Leader Project in Qinghai, China
The project was located in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau with an average altitude of 3,050 m and the lowest temperature of -27.9°C.
Kehua offered the 1500 V 2.5 MW centralized inverter & step-up transformer turnkey solution integrating two 1.25 MW centralized inverters and a 2.5 MVA American trunk transformer for the project. The turnkey solution combining inverters and transformers guaranteed the fast delivery and grid connection of this project.
As a part of PV Generation Leader Projects in the third batch, the Kehua inverter & step-up transformer turnkey solution, effectively responding to local high altitude, high-temperature difference, and high radiation conditions, featured high efficiency, high reliability, and high standards, and led the application of the 1500 V AC technology to facilitate connection of PV modules to the power grid to reach grid parity.
