The project, located in Razlog, Bulgaria, was the largest energy storage project in Bulgaria when it was put into operation. Kehua provided 1500Vdc PCS and transformer integrated solution including BCS3450K-B-HUD/T PCS and MV transformer, which is designed to adapt to extreme environments, such as high temperature, salt, and extreme cold, with comprehensive cell status monitoring and multi-level fire protection. The Razlog BESS project sets a precedent for the future of the renewable energy sector in the region and highlights the key role that Kehua's top-of-the-line PCS innovations in hybrid energy projects can play in enabling the smooth integration of solar power and energy storage.
