Munich, Germany | June 23–25, 2026 — Kehua Digital Energy marked a major milestone at Intersolar Europe with the global launch of its grid-forming energy storage white paper, alongside the presentation of its latest PV and energy storage innovations.

The white paper, “Enhancing System Stability through Grid-Forming Energy Storage Technologies,” co-published with Energy-Storage.news and technically verified by TÜV Rheinland, served as the strategic highlight of the exhibition. It reflects Kehua’s growing role in defining technical pathways for next-generation power systems under high renewable penetration.
Kehua continued to consolidate its leadership in grid-forming energy storage through large-scale real-world deployment and system-level validation.
The company has now achieved:
· 400+ grid-forming microgrid systems deployed worldwide
· Over 10 GW cumulative grid-forming energy storage shipments
· Multiple GW-scale benchmark projects across Asia, Europe, and Latin America
· Engineering validation across weak-grid, high-renewable, and black-start scenarios
These deployments demonstrate Kehua’s full-stack capability from power conversion systems (PCS) to grid-forming system integration and dynamic grid support functions.
Kehua’s grid-forming technology has been deployed across diverse grid conditions worldwide:
· 1 GW / 4 GWh Northern China Project
Integrated PCS and step-up systems significantly enhance grid self-healing capability and system resilience under high renewable penetration.
· 300 MW / 1.2 GWh Northwest China Project
Operating in grid-forming voltage-source mode, the system provides dynamic stabilization of voltage, frequency, and power angle under weak-grid conditions.
· Latin America Black Start Project (100 MW-class)
Enables autonomous grid restoration after blackout events, supporting full voltage and frequency recovery without external power supply.
· Central Asia 20 MW Microgrid Project
Improves power quality in weak-grid environments through damping and inertia support, ensuring stable industrial and residential supply.
·Grid-forming ESS Projects across Europe
Deployed across Northern and Eastern Europe, the systems provide virtual inertia, fast frequency response, and black-start support, effectively mitigating reduced system inertia, weak-grid operation, and wide-band oscillation risks under high renewable penetration.
Kehua presented its latest medium-voltage integrated power conversion system:
